To configure order management permissions for agents in LimeChat, follow these steps:
Accessing Settings: Navigate to the Settings section located in the left side panel of LimeChat's dashboard.
Shopify Integration Tab: Click on the Shopify Integration tab within the Settings section.
Utilizing Toggles: Within the Shopify Integration tab, you'll find four toggles that allow you to set order management permissions for agents. These toggles control various actions that agents can perform in the order management process.
Create Order: This toggle enables agents to place orders on the behalf of the customers.
Cancel Order: Agents with this permission can cancel orders as necessary.
Refund Order: This toggle grants agents the ability to initiate refunds for orders.
