Using Shiprocket integration, one can send messages corresponding to shipping updates.
LimeChat can receive webhooks from Shiprocket that can act as events & can be used to trigger flows.
To integrate with Shiprocket, follow the below steps -
Login to Shiprocket dashboard
Go to
Settings>API (Configure)Create an API user on Shiprocket using any email id
Share the email-id & password with LimeChat team. Here, Limechat team needs to create an integration manually.
Once done, LimeChat team will share a URL that looks like -
https://flow-builder.limechat.ai/webhook.handle_sr_ndr/?lc_integration=<integration_id>Configure this URL in Settings > Webhooks section of Shiprocket dashboard. Do not forget to turn on the Enable / Disable Webhook toggle.
Once this is done, shipping update related events will start streaming from Shiprocket to LimeChat Marketing platform, which can be used to trigger flows.
