Integrations

With LimeChat Marketing, you can integrate with various 3rd parties to enable more functionality. These integrations are primarily used to generate events that ultimately trigger some flow.

There are 3 types of integrations available with LimeChat.

  1. Direct Integration - LimeChat and 3rd party app understand the communication between each other.

  2. Webhooks based integration - Send webhooks through 3rd party app. However, LimeChat team has to interpret the payload & add a configuration to handle it.

  3. Creating events via LimeChat APIs - Use LimeChat's APIs to stream events that can trigger flows. Follow steps from our developer guide to do such custom integrations.
