Re-order

  1. This bot flow helps in automating re-order campaign.

  2. Using this, you can automatically send a reminder message after x days to nudge an existing customer to re-purchase their previous order.

  3. When this flow gets activated on a button press, customers see a previously filled cart that they can modify. They can add or remove items from the cart or add bestsellers of the brand.

  4. At the end, the bot flow shares a checkout URL that directs customer to shopify checkout page where he/she can complete the purchase.

  5. This bot flow can only be activated from Shopify : Order Created event.

  6. You can also configure a discount percentage to incentivise a repeat purchase.
