days to nudge an existing customer to re-purchase their previous order.When this flow gets activated on a button press, customers see a previously filled cart that they can modify. They can add or remove items from the cart or add bestsellers of the brand.
At the end, the bot flow shares a checkout URL that directs customer to shopify checkout page where he/she can complete the purchase.
This bot flow can only be activated from
Shopify : Order Created
event.You can also configure a discount percentage to incentivise a repeat purchase.
