Custom Reply

1. This is the simplest of all the bot flows.

2. This bot flow is used to send back a fixed reply on press of a button.

3. You can set a different custom reply on each of the buttons using custom reply 1,2 & 3.

4. It can be used with any event trigger.

For example -

Here custom replies have been set on the two quick reply buttons Yes & No

When someone clicks on button Yes , the reply on side is sent. One can also assign a specific tag to such a conversation & assign it to bot or agent if needed.
