AI Bot Flows

Bot flows help you build conversational flows. When a template message that contains quick reply buttons is used in a flow, LimeChat automatically detects the button replies, and allows you to map some useful actions those button replies. That is, if the customer replies using those buttons, the mapped bot flow’s execution will start.

For example, if you build a flow that suggests a customer to re-order their past purchase, you can choose a template message which has “Re-order Now” as a quick reply button & then map it to LimeChat’s unique re-order flow.

When customer replies back with Re-order Now , a flow like this would get executed.
