Agents primarily have access to conversations in assigned inboxes. They can assign conversations to other agents or themselves and have the ability to resolve conversations

How to Add Agents

Follow these steps to add a new agent to your LimeChat dashboard:

  1. Log into your LimeChat Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Agents.

  3. Click on Add an agent in the top-right corner.

  4. In the pop-up window, fill in the necessary details:

    • Agent Name

    • The Inbox you want the Agent to be part of (this can be assigned now or later).

    • Role (select from the dropdown list)

    • Email Address (they will receive credentials to log into the dashboard at this email).

    • Concurrency: Concurrency is used to limit the number of tickets assigned to an agent at any moment of time.
