2-way Abandoned Checkout

1. This bot flow is used to run a specific flow that helps generate more 10% conversion of abandoned checkouts.

2. Using this you can gamify the customer experience & make them feel special when they receive a discount.

3. This bot flow can be used only with Shopify : Checkout Created event.

4. Use this with an Unlock my discount quick reply button to send an auto-generated response like this -

The auto-generated response contains a checkout link that sends customer back to the shopify checkout page.

You can configure a discount percentage that gets added automatically to the cart & also shorten the checkout URL to reduce message length.
