Pre-requisites for Onboarding

  • Setup WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)

  • Setup WA Inbox on Helpdesk

  • Create Outbound Bot on WA Inbox

  • Approval of Message Templates

Setting up the Marketing tool

Task-1: Integrating with Helpdesk

Step-1:

Go to integrations section in Flow Builder, click on LimeChat Helpdesk

Step-2:

Click on Connect Now

Step-3:

Enter your LimeChat Helpdesk email ID & Password, Click on Login

Step-4:

Choose your brand’s account, click on Submit

Task-2: Syncing message templates

Go to Templates section in Flow Builder, and click on "Sync All Templates".

This will initiate a sync of templates from your WhatsApp Service Provider(WSP) to LimeChat Platform. Make sure you have already got the templates approved through your WSP account.

Now you are all set to start with your marketing campaigns!
