This guide will help non shopify brands to integrate with limechat dashboard. For shopify brands you can refer to our shopify integration guide.
Accessing the Signup Page Begin by navigating to app.limechat.ai. On the home page, locate and click on the "Create new account" link.
Filling in Your Information: You'll be redirected to the signup page, which looks like the image below.
The fields required to signup are as shown below

Email Verification: After filling in your details and clicking "Sign up", you'll see a pop-up message indicating that a confirmation email has been sent to your provided email address.
Check your email inbox for a message from Limechat with the subject line "Confirmation Instructions". This email contains a verification link to confirm your identity and allows you to set your password.
Account Confirmation: Click the "Confirm my account" button in the email to finalize your account setup.
