How to create Tags?​

1. Login to your app.limechat.ai dashboard.

2. Go to Settings

3. Go to Tags

4. Click on Add Tag

4. Enter the required Label Name (For example, order_cancel)

5. Select the Label Type

   The labels can be of one of the following types:

   1. Contact Labels

   2. Conversation Labels

6. Define the hierarchy of the tag (optional)

At LimeChat we have three level tagging, you can define hierarchy of the tags create Groups of tags.

6. Click on Submit and the tag is created

While creating new labels, make sure there are no spaces between two letters and all the alphabets are in lowercase only.
