To integrate with a Woo-commerce store, a plugin needs to be installed. Reach out to LimeChat team to get the zip file corresponding to it.

Once you get the zip file, follow the below steps to integrate -

1. Go to the plugins section in your WooCommerce dashboard > Add new > Upload the plugin

2. From the popup, select the downloaded zip file.

3. After the plugin has been installed, click on “Activate” plugin button to activate the plugin.

4. Now head to plugin settings by clicking on Plugin > Limechat in your WooCommerce admin.

5. Here you will see a field to enter your API Key.

6. Obtain your API key/access token from outbound.limechat.ai > Profile settings > Copy token

7. Copy and paste this token into your WooCommerce LimeChat plugin setting that you opened in step 5

8. On LimeChat Marketing platform, visit Integrations > WooCommerce & click on Connect Now.

9. Enter your store domain, for example, https://mystore.com & click on Connect Now

This completes the integration. You would see a success message!
