Product Cross-sell

1. This bot flow helps in automating a product cross-sell campaign.

2. Using this, you can recommend more products to purchase to someone who has just made a purchase, or is re-ordering or has shared a happy feedback on previous purchase.

3. When this flow gets activate on a button press, customers are sent product cards which have an Add to cart button. On click of that button, product gets added to a cart, which is shown on the chat. Customer can then proceed to checkout & complete purchase from Shopify's checkout page.

4. This bot flow can only be activated from Shopify : Order Created event.
