This bot flow helps in collecting feedback for the previous purchase from the customer.
Using this, you can collect feedback responses on a scale of 3 levels -
Not Happy
,Happy
,Very Happy
.The responses get collected in Flow Builder analytics using which you can get an overview of customer experience.
Feedback collection also asks a follow-up question if the person's experience has not been great, that what went wrong with the experience.
This bot flow can only be activated from
Shopify : Order Created
&Shopify: Order Shipped
event.
