  1. This bot flow helps in collecting feedback for the previous purchase from the customer.

  2. Using this, you can collect feedback responses on a scale of 3 levels - Not Happy, Happy, Very Happy.

  3. The responses get collected in Flow Builder analytics using which you can get an overview of customer experience.

  4. Feedback collection also asks a follow-up question if the person's experience has not been great, that what went wrong with the experience.

  5. This bot flow can only be activated from Shopify : Order Created & Shopify: Order Shipped event.
